After all the excitement we'd had in 2012, we wanted a quite NYE at home. I spent the day shopping in the US with Cindy where we picked up some appies and new pajamas for all of us, then met up with Aaron and my brother at our house.
We indulged in sushi and drinks, but by 9pm Cindy and Tory (and okay, maybe me too) had fallen asleep on the couch.
By midnight, we were all exhausted but we did the traditional count down, kissed at midnight, and called my mom and dad to wish them a happy new year.
And that, my friends, was how we spent the last day of the best year of our lives!
