It's coming together like glue!

I'm concentrating on Lisa's wedding this year, but I know that after our mini-vacay to Vegas in October we're going to be in full-swing wedding mode for our November 2012 wedding!



But we're already very organized and on-track for our nuptuals! :)



Yesterday I purchased some gifts for our parents and some cufflinks for my brother:

I think he'll love them! We're on the hunt for personalized cufflinks for each guy, and then we'll be getting them matching ties and Chuck Taylors that will be embroidered. I'm excited!

As for the girls, their gifts are almost complete! I will be making their jewellery once they've decided on their dresses, and one other DIY project which I'm excited about! Stay tuned!

My Bridesmaid Dress....

We went to David's on Sunday to get Lisa's dress altered and pick out our bridesmaids dresses. Lizz and I went to the appointment with clear ideas of what we wanted, and walked out with a different dress altogether! Isn't that always the case?

I wanted a high necked dress, and Lizz wanted something with straps. I walked out with a cleavage-bearing dress and she walked out with a strapless number. We will both look beautiful in the dresses we chose, which match in color, and then bought the same shoes which will be dyed the same pink. Lisa also purchased shoes which are being dyed the same pink as ours. I think we'll all look great! I'm just crossing my fingers that my dress arrives in time for the wedding, as the worst case scenario is that it is delivered to David's the Saturday before the wedding! EEEEEK!
